Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Team Leader located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations, including supervising teams, organizing packing and inventory processes, and ensuring workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include managing operational tasks while maintaining a safe and well-coordinated work environment, implementing company performance standards, and supporting the team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications- Proven Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively
- Experience in Operations Management and Inventory Control to ensure efficient workflow and maintain stock accuracy
- Packing and warehouse management expertise to ensure swift and accurate order processing
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration and reporting within team dynamics
- Ability to problem-solve, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures is an advantage
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
