Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour (paid weekly in arrears via Berry Recruitment)

Temporary until March 2026

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Berry Recruitment's Darlington branch is seeking an experienced School Receptionist/Administrator to join a welcoming school in Stockton-on-Tees.

Requirements:

Must be available to start by 9th January 2026
Hold a valid Enhanced DBS (including Child Barred List check)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, manage enquiries, and schedule appointments
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and liaise with staff and external agencies
Send and respond to emails, make outbound calls as required
Maintain accurate filing of confidential documents and records
Photocopy, laminate, and prepare multiple copies of documents
Assist with admissions paperwork and general administrative tasks
