Health Visitor Team

Darlington Growing Healthy 0-19 Service, are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced health visitors who want to lead and support the training of our health visitors of the future.

Joining our team, you will deliver the Healthy Child Programme to families across Darlington. We would love you to come and help us ensure positive outcomes for our children and families. We follow the key principles of the Best Start in Life, and successfully support integrated working, and learning with our Darlington partners.

• Delivering the Healthy Child Contacts.
• Providing health promotion at community events.
• Leading and supporting the skill mix team.
• Supporting students.
