Property Cleaner

Elvet Recruitment is working with a property group who are looking for a cleaner to join their growing team in the Teesside area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* General cleaning:
Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all surfaces, floors, and windows.

* Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.

* Waste management:
Empty trash and recycling bins, and ensure proper disposal.

* Deep cleaning:
Conduct thorough deep cleaning of vacant units to prepare them for new tenants.

* Supply management:
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and toiletries.

* Safety and maintenance:
Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to the property manager.

* Chemical handling:
Safely use, store, and dilute cleaning chemicals according to health and safety procedures and regulations.

* Equipment maintenance:
Maintain cleaning equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

* Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.
