Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Executive to join our Fleet Sales department at Mercedes-Benz Dartford, reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager. You’ll help achieve the Fleet Sales business plan by maximising sales of new cars and vans to existing and new customers via telephone, email, and online procurement systems. You’ll act as the main point of contact for designated customers, managing all operational matters from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, in line with department procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Handle enquiries from new and existing customers, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Provide quotations and arrange demonstration vehicles to maximise sales opportunities
- Process orders from point of sale through to delivery, including liaising with approved Body-Builders
- Keep customers informed about product changes, delays, and price updates
- Prepare reports and maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Deliver an exceptional Mercedes-Benz experience to all customers and suppliers
- Previous Fleet or Corporate Sales Support experience is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel (Fleet systems experience desirable)
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset with good judgement and decision-making skills

30 hours per week - Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
