Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Maybe you have experience in transport, but want a new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge?

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to join our team in Dartford working in partnership with our customer Ikea at their distribution centre.

You will be working on the shift pattern of 4on- 4off with the hours of 7:00 till 19:00
.

What you will do on a typical day:
  • Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site
  • Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
  • Manage customer service both internally and externally
  • Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Understanding of Tachograph compliance and Working Time Directives
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to work on own initiative as well as team engagement/delivery.
