Up to £40,000 and No Domestic Work

My client is a multidisciplinary, independent environmental consultancy that has been working in the UK and Northern Ireland for over 15 years. They are a licensed removals contractor and have UKAS accreditations in testing and inspection.

Over the next 24 months the business needs an abundance of resources to support a wide portfolio of national commercial contracts. The contracts for asbestos surveying span nationwide, so location is not an issue if you are not from Dartford.

• BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
• Experience of working on projects in the domestic sectors
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors
• Compiling comprehensive reports to be sent to clients
• Ensuring all work carried out is to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with any queries and providing technical support
