Established House Builder based in Dartford urgently require a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team.

The role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has experience in Housing and who is looking for a safe role with a good work life balance.

The company will build around 150 units per annum and these will consist mainly of housing units with some low rise flat type schemes.

Responsibilities of the role will include sending packages out at orders, managing accounts and some material orders.

This is an opportunity for someone local to gain a safe, solid role with a housing developer that builds good quality homes in the local area, and as said offer an excellent work life balance.
