• Preparing detailed architectural and technical drawings for residential developments
• Developing designs from concept through planning, technical and construction stages
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Assisting with planning submissions and addressing technical queries
• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
• Maintaining accurate drawing packages and technical documentation
• Supporting site visits and assisting with design coordination during construction

• Qualified Architectural Technician or equivalent experience within residential development
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with good IT skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator and effective team player
• Substantial UK based industry experience with recent Residential (ideally developer led) exposure
• Passionate about high-quality design and delivering well-considered residential schemes
