Base pay range: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

PH Water & Air Technologies is looking for a driven Lead/Senior Field Service Engineer – Water Treatment Equipment. You’ll take charge of all servicing, installation, maintenance and commissioning of the equipment used in the water hygiene/treatment industry, such as water softeners, carbon filters, reverse osmosis units, chemical dosing, media and UV filters.

Role overview – What you’ll be doing:

• Install, commission and contribute to workshop builds of various water treatment equipment; conduct site surveys and prepare parts lists
• Record commissioning data, provide client training, and offer ongoing technical support across a wide range of water treatment systems
• Supervise site activities, deliver toolbox talks, liaise with clients, and occasionally train field engineers
• Ensure full compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies at all times

Required experience:

• Experience of working within the water industry
• Previous experience of maintaining water softeners in the water treatment sector
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility with a can‑do attitude, able to ‘think on your feet’
