Your new role
As Lead Commercial Accountant, you'll lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting and delivering commercial insight that shapes the future of the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including locally based external customers, to provide clarity and confidence in financial decision-making.
Key responsibilities

• Own the finance function across the organisation's operations
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board commentary
• Post month-end journals and conduct P&L reviews
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Deliver commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Champion financial discussions with key stakeholders

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in management accounting and commercial finance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience preparing board packs and leading financial discussions
• Proficiency in financial systems;
  Oracle Fusion experience is a plus

• Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
