• Responsible for void property works to ensure units are ready for occupation at sites across Dartford, Woolwich, Romford, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells & Brentwood.
• Reactive maintenance, decoration, repairs, administration and any ad-hoc tasks as arising.
• Tasks covering painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work and general building work, depending on skills and qualifications required to achieve the task.

• Contract Type:
  Permanent, Full-time
• Working Pattern:
  Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
