Position: Head of Projects (Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance) (Permanent)
Head of Projects (Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance) £75,000 - £85,000 + Progression + Benefits + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Hybrid + Company Card Dartford/ Local Patch Are you a Project Leader with a background in M & E or PPM that wants to work on high end projects such as the London Shard? Do you want the opportunity to join an industry leader with an impressive pipeline of exciting and challenging projects?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established organisation with over 30 years' experience delivering facilities and technical maintenance services across some of London's most prominent buildings, where staff development and training are central to the company's growth. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of 2 Project Managers and a stable of Maintenance Engineers and Project Coordinators.

Your key responsibilities will include planned preventative maintenance schedules, the ability to react to unexpected issues in a timely manner, and ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to the client's satisfaction. This would suit a Project Manager or Project Lead that wants to work with an industry leader and build an impressive portfolio of work for buildings such as the London Shard, prominent properties in Hatton and Covent Gardens.

The Role:

Lead, coach, and support the Projects team, ensuring effective staffing and strong performance. Manage financial delivery, including budgets, forecasts, and profitable project execution within agreed time frames. Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting business development and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Oversee project governance, including risk management, subcontractor control, QSHE compliance, and delivery of technically sound, sustainable solutions. Office based 3 days a week with Hybrid flexibility.

The Person :
Background in Mechanical & Electrical or facilities management looking for progression. Experience working on projects. Commutable to Dartford.
