A leading buildings main contractor has secured another Industrial Warehouse and Distribution Scheme in Dartford and is now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead this landmark project on site.

This is a major fast-track industrial project with a high level of complexity, requiring a proven leader who can manage programme, risk, and stakeholder relationships while driving performance across the site team.

The Opportunity

Due to a significant new project award, the business requires a Senior Project Manager with a clear background in large-scale industrial and distribution warehouses (£25m-£75m+) to take full ownership of delivery from site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team on site, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery
  • Manage the client relationship and all stakeholder engagement
  • Own the programme and critical path, identifying and mitigating risk
  • Manage variations, change control, and commercial performance in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Drive productivity, sequencing, and output across all trades
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the supply chain and consultants
  • Report directly to the Construction Director on this high-profile scheme
About You
  • Senior Project Manager with UK-based experience
  • Strong track record delivering fast-track Industrial / Distribution Warehouse Projects
  • Deep understanding of sequencing, outputs, and risk management
  • Strong leadership and people skills, able to motivate teams and manage clients
  • Well-connected within the Industrial supply chain and consultant network
  • Available to start in Q1 2026
