Purpose of the Role:

Our client, a leading housing provider, is seeking a Childrens Registered Service Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Children's Contracts, you will take a hands‑on approach to lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring high-quality support and positive outcomes for young people leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum‑seeking young people, by supporting them in their transition to adulthood and independent living.

• Manage services to meet young peoples priority needs in line with legislation, policy, and good practice.
• Oversee service and staff performance, managing day-to-day operations, complaints, and maintenance.
• Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, sub-contractors, Police, NHS, charities, and Environmental Health.
• Plan and manage business objectives to meet contract specifications and standards.
• Handle people management, including sickness, absence, performance, and discipline.
