Assistant Marketing Manager – Dartford, Kent

As the Assistant Marketing Manager you will take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution. You will manage a small marketing team, oversee multi‑channel campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll bring creativity, structure, and leadership to elevate the brand and support commercial goals.

• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Oversee content creation for website, email, social media and print
• Manage brand presence and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Analyse campaign performance and present insights to senior leadership
• Work closely with internal departments to support product launches, events and sales initiatives
• Maintain and enhance the company’s digital footprint, including SEO and online advertising
• Manage marketing budgets and external agency relationships as required

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and brand management
• Confident leading a team and driving performance
• Exceptional communication, organisational and project management skills
• Creative, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with in construction, engineering, industrial or environmental sectors is advantageous
