Vet Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our busy hospital nestled along the River Thames. Our cutting-edge veterinary clinic boasts excellent transport links, access to lush green spaces, and all of Londons attractions. In this role you will:

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures
• Provide outstanding care to clients, offering clear updates on patients
• Maintain professional excellence by observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
• Prepare tailored, accurate treatment and care plans for each patient with clear cost estimates
• Engage, mentor, and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilizing them effectively
• Complete clinical handovers and arrange the transfer of any patient needing out-of-hours or enhanced care

Skills and experience:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Experienced in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills
• Experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture
• Experience in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency
• Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to get the best out of every colleague
