Job Description
Mercedes-Benz of Dartford is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Support Customer Advisor (Telephone),
working 40 hours per week fulfilling the following shifts:
Monday to Friday : 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9amhetig-6pm, 10am-7pm
Saturdays: 8am-5pm (on a rota basis)
Sundays:10-4pm (on a rota basis)
Your exact shift will be confirmed in advance and may rotate to support team needs. We aim to provide a supportive environment with fair rota planning, so you’ll always know your schedule ahead of time.

- Experience using CRM or customer database systems is beneficial.
- Previous experience in telephone-based sales or customer service is desirable, but not essential – full training provided!

Main Responsibilities:
Telephone Sales and Customer Support
- Respond to inbound and outbound sales and enquiry calls with knowledge,郑 enthusiasm, and professionalism. Proactively make outbound follow-up calls to support sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads, identify customer requirements, and promote appointments for the showroom sales team.
- Accurately record customer details and interactions using dealership CRM systems.
- Keep up to date with vehicle features, offers, and dealership events to provide up-to‑date information to customers.
- Be an ambassador for the Mercedes-Benz brands.
