The firm's Dartford office is now looking to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor to its established team. You'll be joining a collaborative department that handles an impressive variety of commercial work, guided by experienced lawyers who value integrity, balance, and long-term client relationships.

You'll handle a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases, site acquisitions, and development work
• Secured lending and transactions involving financial institutions
• Business sales and purchases

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of a stable, experienced team.

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE (no upper limit)
• Strong technical knowledge in commercial property
• Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills
• Calm, professional, and commercially minded
• Organised and capable of meeting deadlines without compromising quality
