As a Vending Operator Team Lead, you’ll provide crucial support across Dartford and surrounding areas, you’ll maintain vending machines, boost sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role offers a great mix of independence, customer interaction, and team leadership.

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards for all machines.
• Replenish, merchandise, and maintain machines to drive sales.
• Train and mentor team members, conducting spot checks and audits.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
• Maintain company vans, keeping them clean and safe.

• Passionate about customer service and teamwork.
• Proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to travel across multiple locations with flexibility.
• Experience with vending or similar roles is a plus – full training provided.
