Salary: £24,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings.

We’re on the hunt for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. No experience is required as you will receive full training. Your base salary may be up to £24,000 per year. Initially you will work from our centrally located office in Darwen with a supportive team. Upon successful completion of training and probation, the role becomes hybrid, allowing you to work 3 days in office and 2 days from home each week.

• Provide great customer service and support to Employee Benefit Consultants, clients and insurers over the phone and by e‑mail.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all client and insurer queries and proactively support with policy renewals and new business.
• Support with administration duties such as invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting.
• Enjoy working in a team environment, contributing to team goals and objectives.
