We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Agricultural Engineer / Vehicle Technician to work at our client’s newly refurbished site in Woodbridge. This engineer will be joining the leading company within this field. As a business, they produce well-known products that are a staple of British culture. The company has managed to become a ‘giant’ in its field through setting engineering standards that are second to none.

The Agricultural Engineer / Vehicle Technician will be enrolled on an individually tailored training program which takes engineers through training checkpoints. Training is a core principle within the business as this company promotes a coaching and development culture that allows maintenance engineers to progress their technical knowledge. The company can accommodate growth of engineering skill sets through putting maintenance engineers onto relevant educational courses.

Skills Required for the Agricultural Machinery Engineer / Vehicle Technician:

• The successful Mechanical engineer will need to have experience working on agricultural machinery or vehicles.
• The Mechanical engineer will need to have an engineering qualification.
• The Mechanical engineer can be from a mechanics, factory, industrial, or armed forces background (RAF, Navy, or Army).
