We’re recruiting a Procurement & Commercial Manager to take ownership of group-wide procurement and commercial activity.

You’ll streamline spend, enhance supplier performance, lead contract governance, and deliver value across several linked businesses under one group structure.

• Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and performance
• Consolidate spend and maximise group buying power
• Lead contract governance, compliance, and risk management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Provide commercial insight for strategic projects and investment decisions
• Improve procurement processes, systems, and reporting
• Embed sustainability and innovation into sourcing and commercial practices

• Experience in procurement or commercial management
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
• Ability to manage procurement across multiple business units
• Solid understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
