Sales Manager

A rapidly growing OEM of capital equipment is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of its spare parts function and drive commercial performance.

You’ll lead a team of 4, owning the sales strategy, pricing, margin optimisation and customer relationships. This role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic influence, driving spare parts sales across advanced material machinery.

• Develop and deliver a growth‑focused sales strategy
• Lead pricing, margin and product portfolio optimisation
• Conduct price reviews
• Drive spare parts sales to new and existing customers
• Manage back‑office operations, order processing and service delivery
• Build customer relationships, including occasional site visits

• Experience in sales management or spare parts/back‑office leadership (OEM, machinery, consumables or capital equipment)
• Strong commercial acumen with markup vs. margin expertise
• Experience in pricing and commercial optimisation
• Confident team leader with excellent communication skills

• £50‑£60k + Bonus
