Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Location:
Daventry
Pay: £43,000-£46,500 base
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 3‑shift schedule
Leave: 25 days + bank holidays

- Work within the engineering department to repair and maintain large CNC machinery.
- Fault find on Siemens PLCs.
- Carry out spindle checks, measurements, and replace/change bearings, ball screws and lead screws.
- Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Adhere to a training and development plan.
- Multiskilled maintenance engineer experience.
- Experience working on CNC machinery – including beveling, drilling, tapping, lathes, and milling.
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship + qualification.
