Location: Danetre Community Hospital, London Road, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4DY
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Permanent Contract
Salary: DHU Band 3.0, £24,071 per annum (pro rata)

Our UEC services depend on seamless staffing and coordination to ensure clinicians can deliver expert care 24/7. As a Workforce Administrator, you help keep everything running behind the scenes — making sure rotas are accurate, appointments are updated, and teams have the support they need to care for patients without delay.
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive workforce and operational team
- Maintain and update centralised rotas to ensure safe, efficient staffing level
- Communicate clearly with clinicians and colleagues to keep services flowing smoothly
- Use strong IT, organisation and problem‑solving skills to manage data and records accurately
- Play an integral role in a fast‑paced environment where organisation and teamwork really matter
