Daventry, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Contract:
Fixed-term – 12 months
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our clients team at the UK Logistics Centre in Daventry as maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our Global Planning and Logistics function in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
As Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play a key role in site-level planning activities, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure timely execution across materials planning, production scheduling, inventory optimization, and returns management. You’ll act as the go-to liaison between site operations and supply chain services to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage materials planning interface with UK Logistics Centre Operations
Oversee kitting and production scheduling for aftermarket support
Coordinate supplier and customer returns across EMEA
Support advanced shipping notifications and inbound operations
Lead internal escalations and support transportation/logistics issues
Prioritize Haz Mat, receiving, and other critical site coordination activities
Support site-level inventory optimization and supply chain KPIs
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in a supply chain planning role (internship or above)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience with planning systems and tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, MRP systems)
