Shift patterns: Any Five From Seven, 3pm until 11pm
Location: DHL Sainsburys, Drift West, Brassey Way, Kilsby, Northampton CV23 8BQ

We're now looking for a Training First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Lead the Team:
  Supervise a team of 13 training coaches
• Work alongside planning team to make sure all training is completed
  In charge of site inductions refresher training done in a timely manner
• Monitor Performance:
  Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• In charge of site inductions and refresher training for colleagues already onsite

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Previous FLM/Supervisor/Management Experience
• Previous Training Experience
