• As an Upholstery Sewing Machinist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping custom interior trim for one:of:a:kind automotive builds. Working with premium materials such as leather, you’ll combine traditional craftsmanship, pattern making and machine sewing with modern techniques to deliver exceptional quality: where every stitch matters.
• Developing custom interior trim for unique vehicle builds
• Pattern creation, development and precision cutting of high:end materials
• Machine sewing and some hand stitching (e.g., baseball, euro stitch)
• Trimming components including headliners, steering wheels, panels, and seating
• Logging issues and collaborating with the wider team to improve processes

• Previous experience as a Trimmer in automotive or high:end upholstery
• Confidence with pattern making, machine sewing, and hand stitching
• A perfectionists mindset : quality always comes before speed
