A fast-growing and successful manufacturing facility in Daventry is recruiting Robot Welder Operator to work on robot welding machinery. • Operate robot weld machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials and unload finished components.
• Organise and maintain parts and work areas.
• Support basic machine maintenance and daily checks.
• Assist with troubleshooting as skills and experience develop.
• Plan workloads effectively to maintain production flow.
• Contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic with a determined, reliable approach.
• Good level of spoken English.
• Previous machine operator experience beneficial but not essential.
