Job type:
Part-time (37.5 hrs per week, 100% on‑site).

• Sunday to Thursday, 11.00 pm – 7.00 am (night shift)

• Operate advanced CNC machines to craft high‑precision cylinder blocks, ensuring flawless quality and adherence to detailed specifications.
• Promote a safe working environment by following rigorous health & safety guidelines and contributing to proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with a skilled team, fostering open communication and mutual support to meet production goals and improve processes.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean work area, perform routine maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability.
• Consistently meet production targets and cycle times through expertise in manual and automated systems.
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) to manage quality and minimize production costs.

• Communicate clearly, tailoring information to different audiences.
• Take ownership of tasks, address challenges, and deliver results.
• Advocate for health & safety and maintain a hazard‑free environment.
• Apply knowledge of CNC machining and embrace continuous improvement.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent with strong math and technical knowledge.
• Vocational or technical training in CNC machining or engineering is highly advantageous.
• Preferred experience operating CNC machines in automotive or engineering fields; training provided.
• Comfortable using PCs or handheld terminals; effective use of quality standards and safety practices.
