Temp to Perm

Our client is looking for a number of warehouse operative for their growing business based in Daventry. This is an up-and-coming business, and they are looking for reliable people to come and join them on a temp to perm basis.

Hours of work: 08:30-16:30 (Monday to Friday).

This role would suit an organized, hands-on individual with a strong attention to detail, proactive and team-focused approach. A valid Counterbalance/Reach FLT license would be beneficial but essential.

* Previous warehouse experience

Key Responsibilities

* Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders to high accuracy standards.

* Receiving, checking, and putting away inbound stock.

* Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.

* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles (by hand or using equipment).

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

* Using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

* Following company health & safety policies, including correct PPE use.

* Supporting other warehouse tasks as required (kitting, returns processing, quality checks).

* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Numeracy and basic IT skills (comfortable with scanners and WMS).

* Able to lift/move stock within manual handling guidelines.

* Flexible, reliable, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
