Reporting to: Commercial Director

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

We are partnering with a highly respected marine and land-based civil engineering contractor that is experiencing continued growth. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial and contractual management of multiple marine infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring financial performance, effective risk management, and value optimisation across projects.

Responsibilities include high-level cost control, strategic procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered successfully and to the highest standards. As a senior member of the commercial team, you will also mentor and support junior surveyors while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company objectives.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional accreditation (highly desirable)
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior quantity surveying role
• Proven ability to manage high-value contracts and complex commercial negotiations
