. You will specialise in leg ulcer management and tissue viability, providing evidence‑based care across outpatient clinics and supporting community nursing teams.

The Lower Limb Therapy Service (LLTS) improves outcomes for patients with ulceration through holistic, patient‑centred treatment. We are committed to delivering high‑standard, individualised care while maintaining privacy and dignity.

• Assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care within the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver evidence‑based specialist leg‑ulcer assessments and treatments.
• Provide high‑quality care, support, advice, and information to patients and carers.
• Work flexibly across various outpatient clinic locations and offer specialist support to community nursing teams.
• Maintain a full UK driving licence, daily access to transport, and accommodate scheduling across multiple sites.

• NMC Registered Nurse Level 1 or Health and Care Professions Council Registered Podiatrist.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD.

• Leg ulcer management experience or qualification.
• Tissue viability experience or qualification.
• Compression therapy experience or qualification.
