Solvita is seeking a Supervisory role in our dental manufacturing area to lead the operations section, ensuring safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation. This second shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.
You will supervise, train and coach staff, manage SOPs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and support budget and scheduling to meet weekly targets. A strong leadership mindset and experience in graft processing are required.
