Superior Healthcare was founded in 2006 by Stewart Thorp, his father Charles and Sarah Richards in response to their experience of caring for Stewart's brother and Charles' son, Alex, who has an acquired brain injury. From their personal experience, Charles and Stewart identified the importance of a specialized care service that would bridge the gap between independent care providers and national organizations.

Superior Healthcare was founded to provide specialized services for people who have complex and long-term health needs as well as a comprehensive healthcare agency providing staffing solutions employing Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses across Kent and Sussex.

As a Support Worker with the Agency, you'll have the chance to work in over 100 care settings, including nursing and residential homes, supported living, and learning disability placements.
