Master of Business Administration Ford is seeking a strategic, analytical, and influential leader to serve as Portfolio Strategy Chief across the North America markets. In this role, you will shape the future product portfolio by translating complex market dynamics, customer insights, and business constraints into actionable portfolio strategies that drive profitable growth and strengthen Ford's competitive position globally.

This is a high-visibility role that requires the ability to synthesize complexity into clarity, build compelling business cases, and influence senior leadership decision-making.

Qualifications You'll Have...Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field

Significant experience in strategy, portfolio planning, product strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong financial acumen and experience building business cases and investment recommendations

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to influence senior executives

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights

Preferred:

MBA or advanced degree

Automotive industry experience, particularly in product or portfolio planning

Experience leading and developing teams, and managing budgets and resources
