Job Summary:

The Pega Senior CSSA is responsible for designing and developing complex business applications using the Pega Platform. The role requires strong technical expertise in Case Management, Constellation, Integrations, Security, and enterprise application design while

providing technical guidance to development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development
• Design and implement complex Pega Case Management solutions.
• Configure Case Types, Workflows, Stages, Assignments, and SLAs.
• Develop reusable components following Pega best practices.
• Implement business rules, validations, and decision logic.
• Design scalable and maintainable application components.
• Configure Views, Forms, and reusable UI components.
• Support migration from UI Kit to Constellation.
• Design user experiences aligned with enterprise standards.

Data & Integration:

• Design Data Pages and Data Models.
• Develop REST integrations and service interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and data access strategies.
