Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Decorah, IA, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead identification of bottlenecks and apply lean principles to improve product flow and reduce WIP. You will manage IE operators and technicians, provide direction, and build capability and performance across the site.
Key duties include leading 5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, and Kaizen initiatives to drive waste elimination and productivity gains, plus developing capacity models and time
