Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer in Decorah, Iowa. You will develop, maintain, and improve production processes, focusing on stability, continuous improvement, and capital project support. You will collaborate across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, repeatable manufacturing.
The role requires 4–7 years of hands-on experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong lean manufacturing knowledge. Travel up to 15% is possible.
