Apply pharmaceutical sterilisation expertise as a Unit Dose Manufacturing Operator at Abb Vie, supporting aseptic processing and equipment operations. Good computer skills are essential.
This manufacturing role supports Unit Dose batch production within a pharmaceutical environment. You will perform filter and bulk heat sterilisation, operate autoclaves, complete equipment CIP and SIP, and transfer solutions to Unit Dose Filling. The work also includes preparing components and equipment, testing filters, and maintaining documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Filter sterilise Unit Dose batches
- Perform bulk heat sterilisation of batches
- Operate autoclaves for equipment sterilisation
- Complete equipment cleaning and steaming processes
- Transfer solutions to Unit Dose Filling
- Two to three years pharmaceutical environment experience
- Manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good communication skills
Support Abb Vie Unit Dose manufacturing through sterilisation, aseptic practices, equipment care, and accurate pharmaceutical documentation.
