Here’s what you will be doing:
- Update recurring reports and develop ad hoc analyses to support business needs and decision-making.
- Prepare clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for Southeast Toyota leadership and dealer meetings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
- Use company-approved AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support reporting, analysis, and presentation development.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across organizational levels to support departmental initiatives.
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 24th, 2027 - July 30th, 2027) with flexible hours.
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, having completed at least one semester of coursework.
- Field of study in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
- Interest in the automotive industry and improving business processes.
