About the Role:

We’re looking for kind, compassionate Home Care Assistants to support our customers from lunchtime to teatime, helping them live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.
You don’t need previous experience – just a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference. In return, you’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to be part of an award-winning care provider, recognised as a Top 20 provider in the area for 7 consecutive years.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, your role will include:

Personal care and support
Preparing meals and drinks
Medication reminders
Encouraging light exercise and daily routines
Providing companionship and emotional support
Bringing warmth, reassurance and a smile to each visit

What We’re Looking For:

A caring, compassionate and reliable person
No previous experience required – full training provided
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car (essential)
Willingness to commit to some weekend shifts
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available) Pay & Benefits

£13.00 – £16.25 per hour
Mileage paid at 40p per mile
Enhanced bank holiday pay
