£34- £35,500 per annum

We’re helping them to find an experienced, proactive Senior Nurse & Compliance Lead to support their clinical team, uphold exceptional standards, and ensure full compliance across the practice.

You’ll play a key part in leading our nursing team, delivering clinical excellence, and maintaining readiness for CQC, GDC, NHS and LHB requirements.

About the Role

You will:

Deliver all duties of an orthodontic dental nurse
Support clinicians chairside and maintain accurate clinical records
Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team
Oversee rotas, appraisals, training and team meetings
Act as the main lead for compliance, governance and infection control
Manage audits, risk assessments, and policy updates
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly checks are completed and recorded
Maintain staff training and registration logs
Support smooth day-to-day practice operations
About You

A qualified, registered dental nurse (orthodontic experience desirable)
