Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager (Permanent)
We are representing a leading food manufacturing business seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement across a fast‑paced production environment.

The Role:

* Lead and manage the site quality agenda, ensuring products are safe, legal, and meet customer expectations.

* Oversee quality assurance systems, audits, and compliance with BRC and retailer standards.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product integrity, reduce complaints, and strengthen customer trust.

* Collaborate with production, technical, and supply chain teams to embed a culture of quality.

* Manage incident investigations, corrective actions, and supplier quality performance.

* Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the quality team.

The Ideal Candidate :

* Proven experience in food manufacturing quality management.

* Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, BRC standards, and retailer requirements.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work cross‑functionally.

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

* Confident leader with a proactive approach to driving change and improvement.
