As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of our busy kitchen operation, ensuring a brand‑led menu, high food standards and effective management of food and payroll costs.

You will guide the team, maintain a positive attitude towards work, and stay calm under pressure.

Our menus feature famous stacked burgers, sticky wings, health & wellness bowls, and change constantly, offering a challenging and exciting load of prep each day.
