Currently, they are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Physicist to join our client’s growing team in Delft, working in a flexible hybrid setup.

In this role, you will be developing automated calibration solutions for quantum computing partners while serving as a quantum solutions expert for customers.
Combining quantum physics and software engineering, you will translate complex calibration needs into reliable automation frameworks and support the implementation of advanced quantum experiments.

Job Profile for
Customer Success Physicist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Design and implement automated calibration frameworks for quantum computing systems
• Collaborate with the strategic partners team to optimise calibration workflows
• Lead technical implementation and integration of solutions for customers
• Manage technical relationships with accounts throughout Europe
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for quantum control systems
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Contribute to customer education and training materials

Candidate Profile for Customer Success Physicist

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Master’s or PhD in quantum physics
• 4+ years of experimental quantum physics and computing
• Strong software development experience, with emphasis on Python
• Track record of developing scalable technical solutions
• Excellence in technical communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for customer engagement
• A background in AMO physics is recommended
