A leading university in sustainability research located in Delft is seeking a postdoc researcher to study pro-environmental behavior across welfare groups in society. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in behavioural science, marketing, or psychology, with strong quantitative research skills, and a publication record. This role is full-time for 2 years with possible extension and starts between March and June 2026.

The position aims to inform strategies for promoting sustainable consumption.
