Role Description
As a full-time, on-site/ Remote Psychology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with both children and adults. Based in Gurugram, you will assist in psychological assessments, support therapeutic and well-being programmes, and contribute to workshop design and delivery. This internship offers exposure to both child-development work (e.g., assessments, educational & emotional wellness) and adult mental-health / workplace wellness contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in administering and scoring psychological assessments for children and adults
Support therapists and psychologists in therapy or counselling sessions (under supervision)
Design and deliver educational / wellness workshops and group sessions for children, adolescents and adults
Handle client-related communications, scheduling and documentation (children & adult clients)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapists, psychologists, coordinators) to develop and implement programmes
Help maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and accurate records of client progress
Contribute to organisational wellbeing initiatives (e.g., workplace wellness, parent-workshops)
Participate in team meetings, case reviews and reflective supervision sessions

Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Psychology, Child Development, Counselling or a related field
Good understanding of core psychology principles, including developmental psychology for children and mental-health for adults
Ability to engage with children as well as adult clients, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on role, liaising with clients and families, coordinating with teams
Passion for improving mental-health and developmental outcomes across ages
Previous internship or experience in mental-health, child & adolescent work or adult wellness is a plus
