Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Research Associate based in Delhi, India. The Clinical Research Associate will oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials and research activities. Responsibilities include monitoring trial progress, ensuring compliance with protocols, conducting site visits, gathering and analyzing data, and collaborating closely with research teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in clinical research.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols and procedures
Experience in clinical trials management and coordination
Understanding of research methods and clinical operations
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of regulatory and ethical guidelines in clinical research
Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
Prior experience in the healthcare or clinical research field is a plus
